Montreal’s LGBT swimming club. Besides swimming, it offers its members water polo, synchronized swimming and diving. They encourage visitors to join them for a workout, with the first visit free. As well, if you are a member of an IGLA-affiliated team, you can work out with them for free during your stay in town.

Front Runners Montreal/ Les Galopins
LGBT running group. They meet twice a week, Saturday mornings and early Wednesday evenings. The Saturday run is followed by brunch at a local restaurant. Details for where and when on the website, visitors welcome.
Lesbian Pick-Up Games (Lesbians and the Outdoors)
Every couple of weeks the organiser of this group sends out an email to her 300+ mailing list letting people know about the upcoming sporting days she's organising, be it soccer, frisbee, softball, whatever. All lesbians are welcome, even those who are just in town for a few days on vacation. Just send an email and let them know you'd be interested in hooking up and they'll get in touch to let you know if anything's happening while you're in Montreal.
Maxima
Montreal's gay and lesbian softball league. There are several women's teams and each year the league hosts an international tournament called Rendez-Vous du Lys.
Montreal Blitz
This is Montreal’s semi professional, full contact women’s football team. Now of course visitors can’t be part of the play, but they can certainly be part of the spectators. Games are played against teams from other cities in eastern North America.
Pacifix Soccer Club
With teams for both men and women, they have year-round soccer, indoors or outdoors depending upon the season. The teams are selected each week from those who are there. Get in contact first before heading out to make sure you’ll be able to play that week.
